Directions For Use
Mix 1 serving (60g - 2 scoops) with 300ml-350ml of water, stir with a fork and drink immediately. Alternatively add a serving to a clean and dry shaker and add water when required for the perfect shake. Although Promax diet is designed to mix with water, it can be mixed with skimmed or soya milk.
