Directions:
Recommended use for persons under 200lb: Take 3 tablets 3 times per day (everyday. Always take Nitrix on an empty stomach, approx 30-45 minutes before a meal or at least 2 hours after a meal. Taking Nitrix with food or on a full stomach may diminish the effects. Take the first three tablets first thing in the morning on waking, a second dose of three tablets before lunch and the final dose before dinner.

Recommended use for persons over 200lb: Follow the same guidelines as above but take 4 tablets three times a day, every day, on an empty stomach.

Warnings: Do not take glutamine supplements and Nitrox at the same time as doing so may diminish the effects. Keep intake of glutamine supplements to 10g or less of glutamine daily.
